Pelivery (“Pelivery”, “we”, “our” or “us”) is an online printing service operated by Nassimos (a registered

This policy explains what information and personal data we collect when you use Pelivery’s services, mobile application (Pelivery), and visit our website (www.pelivery.be). It explains also the purposes of collection, any sharing of that data with third parties, your rights, and the measures taken to protect your personal data
While using our service, when you create an account through our app, and place an order to be shipped
to you, we ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to
contact or identify you, such as:

• First name and last name
• Phone number
• Address
When you use our app, we gather certain information automatically and store it in a log file. This
information includes and is not limited to, internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, version, and
operating system.
We use functional cookies, these are necessary to help us provide you the best experience while using our
app, and help us improve and develop our service. We do not use any analytical or marketing cookies

available to you as a registered user, and facilitate your transactions.

We do not sell any Personal Data of Customers, Visitors, or Users to marketers or unaffiliated third parties. We share your Personal Data with trusted entities, to provide our Services, and for our administration purposes.
In case your address is out of the area we are able to reach by our delivery people, we may use a thirdparty delivery provider (Bpost) to deliver your order.
We may share with them the essential and necessary information such as your e-mail address and your
telephone number. They use these in order to offer you the tracking of your order and to be able to
continuously inform you about the whereabouts of your ordered goods and the exact delivery time.

We provide paid products and/or services in our app. In this case, we use a third-party service for payment processing (Stripe). We will not store or collect your payment card details. That information is provided directly to our thirdparty payment processor whose use of your personal information is governed by their Privacy Policy. You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition by contacting us. Please note that
we may ask you to verify your identity before responding to such requests
